LibanReach Marketing Agency – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by LibanReach Marketing Agency (“LibanReach,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, clients (“you” or “client”) agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
LibanReach provides marketing, advertising, branding, and digital promotion services. Specific service details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in separate agreements or proposals.
3. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate information, content, access, and approvals required for LibanReach to perform services effectively. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.
4. Payment Terms
All fees are as agreed in the proposal or invoice. Payments must be made within the specified time frame. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Confidential information may not be disclosed without prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LibanReach retains ownership of all intellectual property created during the project. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose upon full payment.
7. Revisions and Approvals
LibanReach provides a set number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Client approval is required at key stages to proceed with the project.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Fees for completed work or services already delivered are non-refundable.
9. Liability
LibanReach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific project.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, the competent courts in Lebanon.
11. Amendments
LibanReach reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes, which will apply to ongoing and future projects.
12. Acceptance
Engaging LibanReach services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
